UnseenRoles ("we," "us," or "our") helps job seekers find roles before everyone else. These terms govern your use of our website, platform, and services. By using UnseenRoles, you agree to these terms. If these terms do not work for you, you can choose not to use our services.

You may need an account to access certain features. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. We use magic links and Google sign-in; you do not create a password with us. Provide accurate information when signing up. You may close your account at any time upon request.

Use our services lawfully and in good faith. Please avoid:

• Violating applicable laws or regulations
• Scraping, crawling, or automating access in ways we do not permit
• Gaining unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts
• Using our services to harass, spam, or harm others
• Reselling or redistributing our data or services without permission

We may need to suspend or end access if these terms are not followed or if we believe it is necessary to protect our platform or users.

All purchases are processed through Creem, our merchant of record. By purchasing, you agree to their terms and to pay the fees associated with your selected access tier. Purchase details (access duration, AI credits included) are shown at the time of checkout.

All purchases are one-time payments with no recurring charges, no subscriptions, and no auto-renewal. Access expires after the stated period.

We do not offer refunds. All payments are final. That said, we believe in solving problems directly. If something is not right, whether a technical issue or anything else, reach out to us. We will work with you to find a solution. We do not store your payment details; all billing is processed by Creem.

You retain ownership of content you provide (e.g., profile details, CV, cover letters). By using our services, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content as needed to provide and improve our services. We do not claim ownership of your content. Our AI features may process your content through third-party APIs; see our Privacy Policy for more detail.

Our website, platform, branding, and materials are owned by us or our licensors. Please do not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission. Job listings we aggregate are sourced from third parties; we do not claim ownership of those listings. Our role is to surface and organize them for you.

You may stop using our services at any time. We may need to suspend or end access if these terms are not followed or for other operational reasons. When that happens, your right to use the services ends. We may retain certain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We strive for accuracy and timeliness, but job listings and other data come from third-party sources. We cannot guarantee that listings are current, accurate, or available. Hiring decisions are made by employers, not by us. Use our services at your own discretion.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here, and the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. If you keep using our services after changes, that means you accept the updated terms. If the changes do not work for you, you can stop using our services.
