RightClick is seeking a Director of Product Management (Advisor Experience) to lead the strategy and delivery of AI-driven products that improve the advisor experience. The ideal candidate will drive a product culture centered on advisor benefit and lead product development initiatives.ResponsibilitiesBuild and champion a culture around AI that benefits advisors as an individual contributor product leaderOwn and drive the roadmap and strategy for Aspen AI as the primary product focusLead product development across a broader suite, including client portal integrations for Advisor Transitions, Practice Management, and NPsDrive initiatives to make client feedback real-time and actionable to support advisor successWrite and create AI agents to support product functionality and use casesPartner with third-party developers to extend and build out Aspen AI and related toolsSkillsAt least 7 years of professional experience in a Director of Product Management or similar senior product leadership roleFinancial services industry experience requiredProven experience writing and building AI agentsHands-on experience working with third-party developers on product build-outStrong background in Agile product development methodologiesDemonstrated ability to create product roadmaps and strategy, and deliver resultsExperience building products that create measurable value for end usersBenefitsFully remote positionCompany OverviewAt RightClick, we believe growth happens at the intersection of people and technology.
