Product Director - Customer Applications - $200-250k base salary (remote)

You own & build the thing that changes how an entire firm connects with its clients. This private-equity-backed business is shifting from buying technology to building it, and this role sits right at the center of that change. You lead the build of a brand-new client portal, from the ground up. This is not an optimization project or a minor feature rollout. It is a high-profile, revenue-impacting product that will touch every business line in the firm. You own the roadmap, you shape strategy, and you drive execution. You also work closely with one of the most respected design agencies around, which tells you something about how seriously this is being taken. You push back when you need to. You manage competing priorities across multiple business stakeholders without losing sight of what actually matters. You know how to operate in complex environments and you do not need someone else to hand you the answers. Your background is technical. You likely started as a front-end developer, and over time moved into product. You understand customer-facing applications deeply, both from a UX and UI perspective and from an engineering one. That combination is what makes this role work, as well as an understanding of the role AI can play in improving customer interactions.
