Principal AI Engineer / Senior Staff Full Stack Engineer – Financial Technology Position Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Principal AI Engineer / Senior Staff Full Stack Engineer with over 10 years of experience designing and delivering mission-critical financial technology solutions for global institutions. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in AI/LLM engineering, full-stack software development, distributed systems, and capital markets technology to build next-generation intelligent platforms used by traders, analysts, and financial professionals worldwide. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Model Context Protocol (MCP) architectures. • Build intelligent workflows using Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, LangChain, LangGraph, and multi-agent systems to automate business processes and decision support. • Architect and develop scalable backend services using Python, FastAPI, C#, .NET, Node.js, and microservices architectures. • Design and implement modern frontend applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Next.js, Redux, HTML5, and CSS3. • Develop cloud-native applications utilizing Docker, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures. • Create high-performance trading, market data, and financial systems supporting Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Commodities, Asset Management, OMS, and EMS platforms. • Design vector database and semantic search solutions supporting enterprise-scale RAG implementations. • Lead software modernization initiatives, transforming legacy platforms into scalable cloud-native architectures. • Mentor engineering teams, drive technical strategy, conduct architecture reviews, and establish engineering best practices.
