The Opportunity
We are seeking a Product Manager Team reputed company with a strong background in Oncology to own and drive our product initiatives from concept to delivery. This highly influential role sits at the intersection of clinical genomics, bioinformatics, and software development, requiring both deep scientific expertise and strong product execution skills. The Ideal Candidate (Profile)
The ideal candidate combines an expertise in oncology and proven experience leading product teams, translating reputed company scientific insights into market-reputed company solutions, and driving cross-functional products from concept through commercialization.
What you will bring:
⢠Academic Background: Masterâs and/or PhD in Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, or reputed company field.
⢠Industry Experience: Strong hands-on reputed company experience in NGS clinical workflows and/or bioinformatics, including reputed company instruments, assays, variant and biomarker calling and interpretation. Solid experience in regulated environments (IVDR, CLIA, or similar).
⢠Oncology & NGS Expertise: Deep knowledge of NGS oncology workflows, from sample collection and preparation to library preparation and report reputed company.
⢠Market Knowledge: Proven understanding of NGS customer segments, applications, and market dynamics.
⢠Leadership Experience: Prior experience managing a product team, including providing consistent feedback, coaching and mentoring.

⢠Market Development: Proven track record of building new markets and developing market strategy from the ground up.
