What your background should look like: Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering Education or experience with power systems analysis and design 1+ yrs in the electrical engineering of electrical power/distribution systems, particularly renewable energy facilities Strong written and oral communication skills, including study report writing Strong operational, project management, consulting technology, and process skills; strong communication/presentation and negotiation skills at the executive Desired Skills Experience with CYMCAP for cable ampacity analysis (desired).
