The Aeroderivative Program Manager will report into the LMS100 Product Management Leader and will be responsible for driving strategic integration of business and Fleet programs. They will own, prioritize, and lead resolution of systemic product quality issues through collaboration, alignment, and execution across the horizontal functions in the Gas Power business.

Essential Responsibilities
âą Responsible for driving strategic deployment of corrective actions across NPI, New Unit, I&C, and fleet implementation
âą Own the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) target for Aeroderivative tied to systemic product quality issues assigned
âą Develop, implement, and champion the execution of key programs focused on reducing COPQ by driving alignment and engagement across the enabling functions; Engineering, Supply Chain, Poles.
âą Drive improvement in processes across NPI Value Streams
âą Drive NPI toll gate processes for business and fleet improvements
âą Monitor I&C schedules and cross functionally collaborate to lean processes
âą Implement action plans for long term fixes to address product quality issues
âą Develop and lead repair and industrialization strategies for products
âą Drive customization, modification and upgrade (CM&U) campaigns and develop new NPI upgrades
âą Partner with product line managers and product service engineering to kick-off RAM programs to address fleet issues
âą Ensure services operations team is forecasting parts for critical service bulletins based on regional events outlook
âą Fleet Management: Harness fleet event data, borescope inspection reports, depot reports, etc. to derive insights into areas of improvements for product reliability & quality and feed that intelligence into outage forecasting
âą Manage customer communication for product fleet issues
âą Report out on quality workstreams during product value stream Monthly Operating Rhythms
Qualifications/Requirements
âą Bachelorâs degree in engineering or business-related discipline
âą Minimum of 5 years of experience on Gas Turbine Technology or similar industry
âą Minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership role within a product line, engineering, services or program/project management.

Responsabilités essentielles

⹠Améliorer les processus tout au long des chaßnes de valeur NPI.
⹠Piloter les processus de "toll gate" (jalons) NPI pour les améliorations commerciales et de la flotte.
âą Surveiller les calendriers d'I&C et collaborer de maniĂšre transversale pour rationaliser les processus.
âą Mettre en Ćuvre des plans d'action pour des solutions Ă long terme visant Ă traiter les problĂšmes de qualitĂ©.
⹠Développer et diriger des stratégies de réparation et d'industrialisation des produits.
⹠Gérer les campagnes de personnalisation, de modification et de mise à niveau (CM&U) et développer de nouvelles mises à niveau NPI.
⹠Collaborer avec les chefs de gamme de produits et l'ingénierie de service pour lancer des programmes RAM (Fiabilité, Disponibilité, Maintenabilité) afin de résoudre les problÚmes de flotte.
⹠S'assurer que l'équipe des opérations de service prévoit les piÚces nécessaires pour les bulletins de service critiques en fonction des perspectives régionales.
âą Gestion de la flotte : Exploiter les donnĂ©es d'Ă©vĂ©nements de la flotte, les rapports d'inspection par endoscopie, les rapports de dĂ©pĂŽt, etc., pour obtenir des informations sur les axes d'amĂ©lioration de la fiabilitĂ© et de la qualitĂ© des produits, et intĂ©grer ces donnĂ©es dans les prĂ©visions d'arrĂȘts.
⹠Gérer la communication client concernant les problÚmes de flotte.
⹠Assurer le reporting sur les flux de travail liés à la qualité lors des rythmes opérationnels mensuels de la chaßne de valeur du produit.
Qualifications Requises
âą DiplĂŽme : Licence (Bachelorâs degree) en ingĂ©nierie ou discipline liĂ©e au commerce.
⹠Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des turbines à gaz ou une industrie similaire.
⹠Minimum 4 ans d'expérience dans un rÎle de leadership au sein d'une gamme de produits, de l'ingénierie, des services ou de la gestion de programmes/projets.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $134,000.00 and $223,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidateâs experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
