Product Manager, Mobile — Own the mobile roadmap at a fast-growing HealthTech startup (Remote, US - San Francisco) A fast-growing, founder-led HealthTech company is building the future of mobile-first healthcare in Latin America — and they're looking for a Product Manager to own and drive the evolution of their mobile experience. As Product Manager, Mobile, you'll work directly with founders, design, engineering, and operations to ship high-impact features that move the needle on engagement, retention, and user outcomes. You'll own the roadmap end-to-end — from discovery and experimentation through to launch and iteration. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong product intuition with analytical rigour and has shipped consumer-facing mobile products in fast-paced environments. What You'll Own → The mobile product roadmap — prioritised by user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility → End-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, experimentation, launch, and iteration → Key KPIs: activation, engagement, retention, and conversion → Cross-functional collaboration with founders, design, engineering, operations, and growth What We're Looking For → 3+ years in Product Management, preferably building mobile-first products → Experience working closely with mobile engineering teams (Flutter, iOS, or Android) → Strong analytical skills and comfort with product and business metrics → Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ownership → Based in San Francisco, US (remote) What is TechTree?
