ML Data Scientist
Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)

Responsibilities
• Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Build predictive models and optimize machine learning algorithms.
• Perform data mining, cleansing, preprocessing, and validation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Create data visualizations and presentations that communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Improve data collection processes and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Partner with data engineers and analysts to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations that drive strategic business decisions.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
• Strong Python programming experience.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience developing and deploying machine learning models.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, regression, classification, and data mining techniques.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with R.
• Familiarity with Hive, Pig, Scala, Java, or C++.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets and data wrangling.
• Strong software engineering background.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
