The team is focused on solving complex operational and workflow challenges through production-grade AI systems deployed at scale. What You'll DoDesign and build backend systems powering AI-driven workflows and automation.Develop scalable, reliable services supporting inference pipelines, orchestration, and high-volume data processing. Drive architecture across distributed systems, APIs, and platform infrastructure. Partner with product, data, and domain experts to bring complex systems from concept to production. Mentor engineers and help raise the overall technical bar.Ideal Background8+ years of full-time experience building and operating production backend systems. Degree in comuter science or an adjacent fieldStrong Python expertise with deep distributed systems experience. Experience deploying AI-powered products into production environments. \Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Excellent communication skillsParticularly interested in candidates from Big Tech, healthcare technology, digital health, healthcare infrastructure, or top-tier consulting organizations with meaningful healthcare domain exposure.Experience working in fast-moving, high-growth environments is a plus.
