Lead Python GenAI Developer

Position: Lead Python GenAI Developer Experience: 12+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Work Authorization: USC / GC / GC-EAD / H4-EAD Preferred Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Python GenAI Developer with 10+ years of software development experience and strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered enterprise applications while mentoring development teams and driving technical excellence. Required Skills • 12+ years of hands-on experience in Python development. • Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agents. • Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar foundation models. • Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent frameworks. • Strong experience in designing and implementing RAG architectures. • Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Milvus, or FAISS. • Proficiency in Machine Learning fundamentals, NLP, and AI model evaluation. • Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and event-driven architectures. • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps practices. • Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases. • Experience with Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and enterprise software development. Responsibilities • Lead the architecture and development of enterprise-grade GenAI applications. • Design and implement scalable RAG pipelines and Agentic AI solutions. • Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems, APIs, and knowledge bases. • Build intelligent chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI copilots. • Optimize prompt engineering strategies and model performance. • Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and business stakeholders. • Establish AI development standards, governance, and best practices. • Mentor and guide development teams on GenAI technologies. • Drive solution design, code reviews, and technical leadership initiatives. • Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of AI solutions. Nice to Have • Experience with Fine-Tuning, LoRA, PEFT, and model customization. • Knowledge of AI observability and evaluation frameworks. • Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or Azure AI Services. • GenAI, Cloud, or AI/ML certifications.
