We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer, AI/ML who brings a strong Python engineering foundation paired with hands‑on experience building and deploying Agentic AI systems in production. This is not an “AI‑curious” role — we’re looking for someone who has shipped AI‑powered features, understands the realities of productionizing LLM‑driven workflows, and can influence both technical and product direction. This is a 100% remote full-time opportunity. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and deploy AI‑powered and agentic workflows using Python within modern cloud‑native environments • Own technical direction for AI/ML components, including architecture, orchestration, model integration, and performance optimization • Partner with product, engineering, and client stakeholders to shape the roadmap for AI‑driven and autonomous system capabilities • Evaluate and integrate LLMs, agent frameworks, vector search, embeddings, retrieval pipelines, and tool‑use orchestration into production systems • Lead by example through high‑quality code, strong engineering practices, and thoughtful technical decision‑making • Drive experimentation, prototyping, and rapid iteration to validate AI‑powered product ideas • Ensure AI systems are reliable, observable, secure, and maintainable in production environments • Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and innovation Required Experience & Skills • Strong Python engineering background with experience building production‑grade systems • Demonstrated experience shipping AI/ML or LLM‑powered features in production, not just experimentation • Hands‑on experience with agentic AI frameworks, LLM APIs, vector databases, retrieval pipelines, or ML workflows • Ability to influence architecture, product direction, and long‑term technical strategy • Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort operating in high‑autonomy environments • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams • Experience working in fast‑paced, client‑facing, or consulting‑style environments is a plus Nice‑to‑Have Skills • Experience with Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or other enterprise AI platforms • Background in ML Ops, model evaluation, or production monitoring of AI systems • Experience with distributed systems, event‑driven architectures, or cloud‑native design • Prior work on financial, payments, or risk‑related systems Who Thrives Here • Engineers who want to own both the technical and product direction of AI features • Builders who are excited to bring agentic AI from concept to production reality • Senior ICs who operate with autonomy and influence without needing formal authority • People who want to work on high‑impact, client‑facing initiatives with real‑world complexity Powered by JazzHR Is3HJeuMw7
