Job Summary As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and insights that can help us improve our operations and customer service. You'll work closely with our operations and customer service teams to develop predictive models and business process improvements that drive results. You'll also be responsible for communicating your findings to senior leaders and stakeholders, and for developing recommendations for process improvements.
