Senior French Prompt Engineer – Clinical AI / LLM | Remote in EuropeWe are looking for a Senior French-speaking Prompt Engineer / Applied Research Scientist to contribute to the development of AI-powered clinical documentation systems.In this role, you will work at the intersection of AI research, prompt engineering, and software development, designing and optimizing prompts for large language models used in healthcare documentation workflows. You will play a key role in improving the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of AI-generated clinical documentation.Preferred Location Remote collaboration within Europe is possibleLanguages French (C1–C2) and EnglishExperience Senior level (5+ years)Start Date ASAPKey ResponsibilitiesLead the design and optimization of clinical prompt templates for large language modelsConduct systematic prompt experiments and evaluations to improve output quality and consistencyAnalyze model behavior and failure modes to refine prompt strategiesManage prompt artifacts and release workflows using Git and Azure DevOpsDevelop Python scripts in Linux environments to run experiments, batch evaluations, and data analysisCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer feedback and operational insights into prompt improvementsRequirementsStrong experience in LLM prompt engineering and instruction designSolid Python development skills and experience working in Linux environmentsFamiliarity with version control systems and collaborative engineering workflowsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate model outputs and drive improvementsExperience with clinical documentation workflows or healthcare data is highly valuedFluent French and EnglishInterested?
