Top Non-negotiable Skills
• 5+ years in digital product management, Agile delivery, or platform strategy Needs to have actually owned or driven digital product work, not just coordinated projects.
• Enterprise digital platform experience Must have experience with websites, customer portals, digital storefronts, e-commerce platforms, or similar connected digital ecosystems.
• Strong Agile experience Comfortable with sprint planning, backlog refinement, prioritization, and translating business goals into Epics, Features, and Stories.
• Business process mapping + requirements gathering Needs to be able to lead discovery sessions, document business needs, map current/future state, and turn business vision into actionable requirements.
• UAT ownership experience Must be able to develop and manage UAT plans and validate releases before launch.
• Strong stakeholder management / cross-functional communication
What Would Make This Hire Stand Out
• MBA or advanced degree Bachelor s is required, but an MBA would be a plus, especially for someone driving business cases and digital strategy.
• MS Dynamics experience Since they specifically called it out, experience with MS Dynamics would help them ramp faster.
• Strong Jira and Confluence experience Not just exposure someone who has actively used these tools for backlog management, requirements, documentation, and Agile delivery.
• E-commerce or Digital Storefront experience Website/customer portal experience is important, but direct digital storefront or e-commerce platform experience would make them stand out.
• Personalization, automation, or customer engagement experience
Key Responsibilities
• Turn business goals into clear product requirements
• Map processes and improve customer journeys
• Partner with Marketing, IT, Operations, Product, and leadership
• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and prioritization
• Own UAT and release validation
• Represent the business in Agile ceremonies
• Keep digital work aligned to strategy and customer needs
• Review launches, measure impact, and identify improvements
• Support connected digital platforms, data, CMS, analytics, and marketing tech
