More: view Ukkoloo profile Responsibilities • design and implement AI-driven semantic engine (as a part of the overall architecture and technical strategy) — directly contributing up to 30% of mvp automation for pilot product • own technical performance of pilot deployments against defined benchmarks • Co-own and defend Ukkoloo‘s techical strategy with team, investors • Build, mentor, and lead the technical AI team Requirements • 10+ years of experience in AI/ML Leadership or / and proven track record of launching complex, scalable AI-driven product • Ability to define and own techical strategy, and communicate it clearly to non-technical stakeholders • Proven experience building, mentoring, and leading techical teams in early stage or high growth environment • Strong founder-level ownership mindset- acting as a long - term owner rather than a hired manager Engagement • Initial part-time commitment: 25 hours per week, with a clear path to increased involvement as the Ukkoloo scales Motivation • Equity: starting from 5% at entry, with upside to 15%, subject to milestone-based vesting tied to pilot delivery and long - term AI-driven semantic matching engine leadership commitment • Salary: competitive salary to be triggered immediately upon the successful closure of the upcoming seed fundraising round ⚠️ final compensation structrure and milestones with be agreed the selected candidate
