This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, goâtoâmarket execution, and operational cadence, and will be a key partner to Product Management, Sales, Finance, and Manufacturing. The role will assume dayâtoâday ownership of business metrics, product positioning, pricing alignment, and executiveâlevel communication, ensuring the product line operates with clarity, discipline, and customer credibility.
Key Responsibilities Product Marketing & GoâtoâMarket Own product positioning, value propositions, and differentiation messaging for ULP CMOS / FDX platforms (performance, power, cost, automotive readiness). Develop and maintain externalâfacing collateral (executive decks, customer briefs, roadmap overviews, FAQ material) aligned with GF messaging. Partner with Sales and Account Teams to support customer engagements, executive meetings, and key design wins.
Translate technical roadmaps into clear, customerârelevant narratives (whatâs ready, whatâs next, and why it matters).
Business
Operations & Cadence Own weekly and monthly business cadence across the product line, including: Funnel reviews and pipeline tracking Wafer demand alignment and loading assumptions NPI, tapeâout, and milestone tracking Drive XT, biâweekly, and adâhoc executive updates, ensuring content is concise, factâbased, and consistent. Maintain disciplined tracking of action items, decisions, and risks, especially during escalations or transfers. CrossâFunctional Leadership Act as a singleâthreaded owner across Product Management, Sales, Manufacturing, and Ops for businessâlevel execution topics.
Support
Fab transfers, customer migrations, and node transitions by coordinating messaging, assumptions, and readiness. Ensure internal alignment ahead of customer commitments, executive reviews, and external disclosures. Identify gaps, risks, and trends early, and escalate with clear options and dataâbacked recommendations. Ensure consistency of data and messaging across decks, emails, and leadership forums.
Required Qualifications 8-12+ years of experience in semiconductor product management, product marketing, business operations, or strategy. Strong understanding of foundry business models, including pricing, wafer economics, and customer engagement flows. Proven ability to communicate crisply at executive and customer levels while staying grounded in technical and operational detail.
Experience working crossâfunctionally across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, and Technology teams.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with FDâSOI, ULP CMOS, automotiveâgrade processes, or advanced nodes. Prior ownership of business cadence, executive reporting, or funnel management for a product line. Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical content into clear, decisionâready materials.
Funnel, pricing, and demand alignment discussions are dataâdriven and predictable. Sales and customers consistently describe the product messaging as clear, confident, and credible. Product management and leadership spend less time reconciling data and more time making decisions.
