Seeking a Series 4, 7, 63, 24 Licensed Product Manager, the full-time remote position will focus on writing structured product specifications for AI-driven development, managing the product roadmap for the Active Trader segment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences in trading platforms. Key responsibilities Write high-quality, machine-readable product specs for engineering agents, streamlining the development process Manage the product roadmap for Active Trader tools, conducting customer discovery and translating insights into actionable briefs Contribute to the AI-First operating model by participating in spec reviews and establishing best practices for product development Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically within the financial services industry focused on active trading Demonstrated daily use of AI tools like Claude and experience with GitHub Spec Kit Working knowledge of multi-leg options strategies, equity derivatives, and futures Experience in a spec-driven or agentic development environment
