Senior Reliability Product Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Develop internal tools and mechanisms to improve product reliability and quality. • Manage supplier processes and implement automated tracking mechanisms. • Collect product requirements for key reliability and quality metrics. • Collaborate with partner teams to create tooling and tracking solutions. • Manage supplier qualification requests for Long Lead Equipment (LLEs). • Develop a tracking system for Tier 2 components and estimate their lifespan. What You'll Need • 5+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience. • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience. • 5+ years of mission-critical facilities experience. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, product marketing, or business development. • Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition. • Ability to build and drive adoption of new tools (preferred).
