Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. • Experience 10+ years of experience in engineering roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership or principal engineering position. Proven track record of leading large-scale software development projects. Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Prior experience in the consumer products industry is a plus. • Working Hours Part-time, flexible hours (approximately 20 hours per week).
