Engineering Manager, User Compliance

This role is remote in the United States. Compensation: $214,600 - $321,800/year Responsibilities: • Drive the vision for a simple and consistent Risk & Compliance experience. • Collaborate with Product Managers to shape the product roadmap. • Manage the technical roadmap and support the engineering team. • Hire and develop engineers, acting as a mentor. • Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years in software development. • 8-10 years of experience with 3+ years in a leadership role. • Experience in building diverse teams and working with cross-functional teams.
