Product Manager for Data Onboarding

To support the mission of saving lives with data, the full-time Product Manager for Data Onboarding will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a scalable healthcare data onboarding platform, working remotely while collaborating with engineering teams and health system partners. Key responsibilities Define and communicate the long-term vision and strategy for the data onboarding platform, ensuring a unified experience for health systems and internal teams Own the product roadmap for healthcare data connectivity and extraction, prioritizing investments and guiding delivery with engineering leadership Build strong relationships with health system customers to inform product direction through discovery, beta programs, and feedback loops Required qualifications 8+ years of product management experience, specifically with technical or platform products Strong understanding of healthcare data extraction, onboarding pipelines, and large-scale distributed systems Deep experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and healthcare interoperability Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving engineering and business teams Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership
