Do you want to prepare students for a computer and data-driven future? At Inspirit, we are building the future of CS and AI education. We’re a fast-growing startup founded by Stanford and MIT graduates. We’re already serving thousands of students with over 30 different online live course offerings, and we’re just scratching the surface.
We are looking for a highly analytical, engineering-minded Growth Engineer to help build the operational infrastructure behind our growth. This role is ideal for someone who loves spreadsheets, automations, funnels, and process optimization — and enjoys solving messy operational problems in a fast-moving startup environment. We’re looking for someone who combines strong operational thinking with technical execution. You should be highly comfortable working across Google Sheets, Excel, Google Apps Script, HubSpot, AI tools, and growth systems.
This role is a strong fit for someone who:
• Has built internal automations or operational tooling at a startup
• Enjoys turning messy datasets into scalable systems
• Naturally thinks about funnels, workflows, attribution, and optimization
• Uses tools like Claude/ChatGPT regularly to accelerate execution
• Enjoys identifying bottlenecks and building systems to solve them
• Thrives in high-ownership startup environments
