Junior Executive - Information Security & Compliance

As a Junior Executive - Information Security & Compliance at Digiratina Technology Solutions, you will support the smooth operation of IT systems while contributing to Information Security and Privacy initiatives across the organization. Working closely with IT, Security, and compliance teams, you will gain hands-on exposure to IT operations, system administration, and enterprise security frameworks such as ISMS, PIMS, and GDPR, while building your expertise in IT support and information security practices. Skills & Qualifications: • IT-related qualification (ongoing or completed) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, Office 365, and networking fundamentals. • Interest in IT Operations, Cybersecurity, and Data Privacy domains. • Strong attention to detail with good organizational and documentation skills. • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Key Responsibilities • Provide first-level support for Windows laptops, user access management, and general IT-related issues. • Support Office 365 administration, including Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive.Assist with system setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities. • Maintain and update IT asset inventory and related records.Information Security & Privacy Support • Support operational activities related to ISMS, PIMS, and GDPR compliance initiatives. • Maintain risk registers, incident logs, and audit evidencedocumentation. • Track security and compliance-related tasks and coordinate follow-ups with relevant teams. • Assist with internal audits, vendor assessments, and user access reviews. • Support security and privacy awareness initiatives across the organization.
