Evolving Solutions is looking for a Business Automation & AI Engineer to bridge the gap between Evolving Solutions' business teams and its technology platforms. This role identifies where manual effort, inefficiency, or process gaps exist, then builds the automations, AI agents, and platform solutions that eliminate them. Part business analyst, part automation builder, and part technology generalist, this person knows enough about what our tools can and cannot do to bridge the gap from a business idea to a working solution. The role is internal-facing, reports to the Director of Technology and Business Integration, and works closely with department leaders across the organization to identify opportunities, align on priorities, and deliver results. ty:• Engage directly with internal business stakeholders to understand current workflows, identify p

ns.• Design, build, and maintain automations that solve real business problems using the Evolving Soluti
onstechnology stack: Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, SharePoint, Oracle NetSuite ERP,
andDynamics 365 Sales. Own solutions from concept to deployme
nt.• Leverage automation platforms to build workflows that integrate across the M365, Oracle NetSu
iteERP, and Dynamics 365 Sales ecosystems. Build flows that are maintainable, well-documented,
andbuilt to scale rather than one-time fix
es.• Build and deploy AI agents using the right tool for the problem: Copilot Studio, Azure AI/Open
AI,Claude, or other emerging platforms. Design agents that automate knowledge work, surf
aceinformation, or handle repetitive decision-making for internal tea
ms.• Leverage the full depth of the M365 product suite to solve business challenges. This inclu
desSharePoint, Teams, Purview, Defender, Power Platform, Copilot, Entra ID, and Intune. Know what

ly.• Challenge existing processes. When a manual workflow or inefficient hand-off is identified, do not j

red:• 3+ years of experience in a role that combines business process analysis with hands-on techno
logysolution delivery (e.g. automation, integration, platform administration, or application developme
nt).• Proven expertise with Power Automate, including building complex, multi-step cloud flows that integ
rateacross M365, third-party APIs, and business systems (e.g. Oracle NetSuite ERP, Dynamics 365 Sa
les,SharePoint, Dataver
se).• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI agents using one or more platforms: Copilot Stu
dio,Azure AI/OpenAI, Claude/Anthropic, or equivalent. Ability to evaluate which platform fits the prob
lem.• Deep, practical knowledge of the Microsoft 365 product suite — not just email and Teams, but the
fullbreadth: Power Platform, Purview, Defender, Entra ID, SharePoint, Intune, and Copi
lot.
