That creates a gap between what our platform can do and what customers know how to unlock. As a Forward Deployment AI Engineer, you close that gap. You'll embed with enterprise customers, own deployments end-to-end, build AI-powered workflows, and drive adoption. Strong engineering instincts. A customer face. Real outcomes.What you'll be responsible forOwn end-to-end deployment for enterprise accounts: kickoff, architecture, configuration, integration, handoff.Customise Atera's AI automations and Core products to match each customer's environment and workflows.Build and deploy LLM-powered workflows that solve real operational problems and reach production.Lead technical discovery with enterprise IT stakeholders. Translate architecture, constraints, and success criteria into a concrete deployment plan.Identify repeatable patterns and codify them into playbooks and templates so the next deployment goes faster than the last.Act as the technical authority during customer engagements, including on-site visits. Escalation bridge between the customer, Support, and Engineering.Feed field insights back to Product and CX. You'll be the closest person to where the product meets reality.
