S3 never asks for money during its onboarding process.” Job Title: UX Designer- Intermediate Contract Length: 6+ Months Remote Work Seeking an Intermediate UX Designer to support the design and delivery of web-based, native, and digital application experiences within a collaborative product and design environment. This role will work closely with lead designers, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to solve moderately complex design challenges and deliver user-centered digital solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong UX and visual design capabilities, experience working independently with minimal oversight, and the ability to communicate effective design rationale across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities • Support lead designers in delivering web-based and native digital applications • Create and refine UX and visual design solutions for digital products and experiences • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deconstruct moderately complex problems into clear design requirements and solutions • Assist in driving shared understanding of human-centered pain points and opportunities • Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and finalized design assets • Coordinate with stakeholders and clients to align design solutions with business goals and user needs • Communicate design rationale effectively across teams and stakeholders • Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines independently Required Qualifications • Demonstrated experience in UX design and visual design • Experience creating and delivering web, native, and other digital applications • Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Ability to communicate design rationale and work effectively across multiple teams Preferred Qualifications • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user-centered digital experiences • Familiarity with HTML and CSS • Portfolio showcasing UX and visual design work • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
