Senior AI Automation Consultant for Real Estate Operations

I'm hiring an expert AI automation engineer as a long-term automation partner for my real estate business. The first project will be the operational engine of the business: daily client and partner workflows, document processing, and a connected system across our tools. That is the start, not the finish line. The first project will focus on building and automating the backend processing side of the business. This includes creating a system for daily checklists, internal updates, client and partner collaboration, follow ups, document intake, document scanning, and document processing based on our internal guidelines. The workflow currently uses Gmail, WhatsApp, Monday.com, Google Sheets, and Google Drive. Documents and information may come through email, Google Drive, or WhatsApp, so the goal is to create a more organized and automated process that keeps everything updated inside our internal system and reduces manual work for the team. This role has strong long term potential. If the first project goes well, we expect to have many more automation projects in the future. The exact requirements may vary from project to project, but the main focus will remain the same: building AI powered workflow automations that improve business operations, reduce manual work, and create more efficient systems for our team, clients, and partners.
