This role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to grow within financial services analytics. Responsibilities: • Gather, clean, and validate data from various financial platforms and systems. • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key business metrics and KPIs. • Analyse operational and performance trends to identify areas for efficiency improvement and process optimization. • Support senior analysts in creating reports, insights, and presentation materials for leadership and management teams. • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to assist with business planning and strategic initiatives. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems. • Maintain proper documentation of workflows, SQL queries, and data sources for future reference and knowledge sharing. Required Skills: • Strong hands-on experience with Excel and working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau. • Basic understanding of SQL and experience querying relational databases. • Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to collaborate efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
