We are looking for an intermediate-level Business Analyst to manage our survey ecosystems, course evaluation processes, and data reporting. Key Details • Work Arrangement: 100% Remote • Location Requirements: Must be a current resident of the Central (CST) or Eastern (EST) Time Zones. • Interview Process: Quick One-Round Virtual Interview --- Core Skills You Need To Have (Mandatory) • Survey Administration (2+ Years): Hands-on experience creating, scheduling, and deploying surveys/data reports in platforms like Qualtrics, SmartEvals, SogoSurvey, Alchemer, or similar. • Data Visualization (2+ Years): Proven experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau. • Advanced Excel (2+ Years): Complete fluency with Pivot Tables for data manipulation. • Education: A completed, verifiable Bachelor's Degree is mandatory (experience cannot be substituted for the degree).
