Job Summary Progressive Technology is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Product Manager to lead cross-functional teams across the globe. Key Responsibilities Lead the product development process from concept through launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product goals and deliverables. Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs. Work closely with global stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, using both qualitative and quantitative data. Oversee the day-to-day management of the product lifecycle, making adjustments to timelines and resources as needed. Coordinate and facilitate virtual team meetings, ensuring clear communication across time zones. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and product enhancements. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess product success and drive continuous improvement. Advocate for the customers needs and ensure the product meets or exceeds user expectations. • Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Product Manager, with at least 3+ years of experience in managing remote product teams. Strong project management skills with experience using tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to a variety of stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Experience in agile development methodologies. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with product development processes in the tech industry is a plus. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a bonus. • Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years working with distributed or global teams. Experience with remote collaboration tools and leading virtual teams. Previous experience in technology, SaaS, or product development industries is highly desirable. Experience in managing all stages of the product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch. • Working Hours This is a fully remote position, allowing flexibility in work hours. Standard working hours will align with global team schedules, requiring occasional early or late meetings based on time zone coordination. Expectation to work 40 hours per week, with flexible time management. • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with global teams. Solid understanding of agile frameworks, scrum, and iterative product development. Deep understanding of customer-centric product development. Expertise in translating complex technical concepts into user-friendly product features.
