Data Analyst with strong SQL/Excel - 1 Year contract (full 40 hours/week) - Contract to Hire

You will be embedded with the client's team, working directly with source and target systems to handle data extraction, cleansing, mapping, and validation throughout the migration lifecycle. RESPONSIBILITIES - Extract data from legacy (source) systems using SQL queries - Profile source data to identify quality issues, duplicates, and gaps - Cleanse and standardize data to meet target system requirements - Build and maintain source-to-target mapping documentation - Execute INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE operations to prepare data for migration loads - Validate migrated data against source records for accuracy and completeness - Support iterative mock loads and cutover activities - Document data issues, transformation logic, and resolution steps REQUIRED SKILLS - Strong SQL — complex queries, data extraction, transformation, aggregation - Hands-on data cleansing and mapping experience - Advanced Excel — VBA macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, data validation - Methodical, detail-oriented, able to work independently REQUIREMENTS - Must be available full-time Mon-Fri, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week in US Central Time - Good communication skills (written & verbal) • PLS SUBMIT YOUR RESUME IN MS WORD FORMAT, OTHERWISE YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED
