We are looking for a Data Analyst - Supply Chain to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.
In This Role
In this role, you will support supply chain and operations teams by ensuring critical data is accurate, complete, and available ahead of project launches. You will work handsāon with complex, often messy datasets to build and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), support operational reporting, and develop insights through dashboards and analytics. This role blends technical data work with crossāfunctional collaboration, helping stakeholders make informed, dataādriven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Support supply chain operations by collecting, validating, and maintaining critical datasets required for upcoming initiatives and launches
⢠Build, maintain, and improve Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure supply chain data accuracy
⢠Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide operational and supply chain insights
⢠Analyze inconsistent or incomplete datasets and implement improvements to data quality and reliability
⢠Coordinate changes to databases, including testing and implementation of updates
⢠Design, implement, and maintain database structures and ETL processes to support largeāscale data needs
⢠Write logical and physical database descriptions and define identifiers for database management systems
⢠Modify and optimize existing databases and reporting processes as business needs evolve
⢠Partner with technical, business, and operations stakeholders to define requirements, metrics, and reporting standards
⢠Test data systems and reports, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrections as needed
Required Qualifications
⢠Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline
⢠0ā2 years of applicable professional experience in data analysis, analytics, or database support
⢠Strong experience using Power BI, including building dashboards and working with DAX
⢠Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data
⢠Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and data manipulation
⢠Demonstrated ability to work with messy, inconsistent, or incomplete datasets and improve data accuracy
⢠Understanding of database technologies and ETL concepts
⢠Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problemāsolving skills
⢠Ability to communicate data insights effectively to nonātechnical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
⢠Experience supporting data analysis in an operations or supply chain environment
⢠Experience building or maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) or similar structured datasets
⢠Familiarity with advanced Excel techniques such as VBA, macros, or automation
⢠Experience developing business analytics solutions using a combination of SQL, Excel, DAX, and Power BI
⢠Exposure to Azure DevOps or similar tools for work tracking and collaboration
⢠Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including gathering requirements and aligning on metrics and reporting goals
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $23 to $26 USD/Hourly. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
