Lead Technical Analyst - Remote

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Lead Technical Analyst - Remote position with a Renowned Healthcare Organization located in Rochester, MN. This is a 6-month contract opportunity. 100% remote. Compensation: $90.00 - 105.00 per hour, W2 This role acts as a lead technical expert for the execution of overarching Access Technologies and Systems (ATS) operations and project-related work. Working in partnership with Solution Architects, the ideal candidate will ensure ATS solutions are complete, integrated, and aligned with the client's access strategy and technology roadmap. This position requires a broad understanding of access management systems, workflows, and operations to influence and execute strategy. Responsibilities: • Provide direction, coaching, training, and mentorship for team members and colleagues • Take responsibility for the development of the business analysis approach • Take a data-driven approach to support and advance business objectives • Ensure developed solutions satisfy stated requirements and business objectives • Maintain thought-leader level technical expertise of software programs related to patient access or staff scheduling (e.g., Cadence, MyChart, Radiant, Cupid) • Demonstrate expert understanding of the enterprise business environment and the impact of ATS on business operations • Function as an expert liaison between clinical, business, and technical areas during planning processes • Work independently on projects and assignments, escalating complex issues as needed • Assume team leadership responsibilities, including directing and coordinating work assignments • Serve as a consultant by coaching others in technical areas of expertise Requirements: • Bachelor's degree and nine (9) years of experience in a related field OR Master's degree and seven (7) years of experience in a related field • Experience with application implementation and optimization, data analysis, and process improvement techniques (Lean, Six Sigma) • OR Experience with clinic operations throughout a large healthcare institution • Strong understanding of enterprise business environments and patient access systems • Cadence/Epic certification Desired skills: • Experience with Agile product development methodologies Pay range: $768.82 - $809.29 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
