Product Manager | Jobs Vertical - €60.000 A Year - Remote

At Q‑tech, we’re partnering with a fast‑growing, product‑driven startup in the logistics & last‑mile tech space, transforming how operational talent (drivers, couriers, last‑mile workers, etc.) connects with job opportunities across international markets. With a team of around 90 people and a Product & Tech department of ~30, the company operates across several product verticals and is actively strengthening its Product function in a dynamic, highly collaborative and hands‑on startup environment. This is a place where things move fast, priorities evolve, and ownership, energy and a positive mindset really matter. They’re now looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Jobs vertical, owning product direction and playing a key role in aligning business goals, user needs and technical constraints. This is a strategic and business‑oriented Product role, focused on prioritisation, impact and stakeholder alignment, rather than delivery tracking or process-heavy execution. What will you do? • Define and drive product strategy for the Jobs vertical • Prioritise initiatives with a clear business and operational impact • Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Sales and Leadership • Translate commercial and operational challenges into solid product opportunities • Use data and metrics to guide decisions and trade‑offs • Contribute to Product Discovery and continuous product improvement • Explore and leverage AI‑enabled workflows and tools to improve analysis and efficiency We’re looking for someone who: • Has proven experience as a Product Manager in startup, scale‑up or fast‑changing environments • Is comfortable operating in ambiguous contexts and enjoys bringing clarity and focus • Has strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Thinks in terms of business impact, trade‑offs and priorities • Brings a positive, proactive and hands‑on attitude • Enjoys ownership, autonomy and taking responsibility • Can bring structure without relying on rigid processes • Is fluent in English (Spanish is a plus) Nice to have: • Experience in ATS, HR Tech or recruitment‑related products • Background in logistics, delivery or operational environments • Experience with high‑volume funnels or efficiency‑driven products • Hands‑on experience using AI in product workflows Conditions and environment: • Fully remote role (preference for Barcelona‑based candidates) • Salary around €60k + benefits • Private health insurance • €1,200 annual learning budget • Flexible schedule, focused on outcomes rather than hours • Quarterly Product Summits & occasional in‑person workshops (for BCN‑based candidates) • A real tech startup environment: autonomy, accountability, fast decisions and room to make an impact A great opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, energy and autonomy , and who’s excited about building products in evolving, real‑world startup environments — where attitude, collaboration and impact matter as much as experience.
