You will play a pivotal role in collecting, analysing, and interpreting complex HR datasets, identifying trends, forecasting future needs, and developing reports that guide our leadership team. Key Responsibilities • Collect, clean, and validate HR data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment, retention, performance, and compensation. • Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights from HR data, providing actionable recommendations to HR leadership and business stakeholders. • Support HR initiatives by providing data-driven insights for strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and diversity & inclusion programs. • Automate data collection and reporting processes using tools like Excel, SQL, HRIS, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data integrity and security, and to improve HR data infrastructure. • Prepare and present complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. Required Skills • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., advanced Excel, SQL, R, or Python for data analysis). • Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and applicant tracking systems (ATS). • Proven ability to develop and maintain HR dashboards and data visualizations (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences. • Demonstrated understanding of HR metrics, trends, and best practices. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. • Experience with predictive analytics or machine learning applied to HR data. • Certification in data analysis or HR analytics.
