Software Developer (Strong Vanilla PHP Focus)

The Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable web applications, with a primary focus on core PHP (Vanilla PHP) and modern front-end technologies such as React/NextJS. This role emphasizes clean, efficient, and maintainable code, with a strong focus on custom backend solutions, performance optimization, and full ownership of application logic without heavy reliance on frameworks. Experience with Laravel is a plus but not required. The developer will be involved in the full development lifecycle, including backend architecture, API design, frontend integration, testing, debugging, and production support.
