How you'll make an impact in this role • Assist in planning and implementing activities required for the collection and analysis of data related to pharmacy business needs. • Maintain data collection systems (e.g., databases and spreadsheets) by troubleshooting problems, providing user support and education, and promoting integration with other systems. • Develop and run queries; utilize data to support assigned business areas and organize them in a format for ease of review and use. • Understand business processes and how data is created in pharmacy software systems to provide insights to business leaders on how to improve patient access, system benefit, opportunities, and cost. • Conduct complicated and detailed analyses of data for pharmacy business functions. What minimum requirements you'll need Education: • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required. Work Experience: • 3 years of experience preferred. What additional preferences we're seeking • Experience working with data from pharmacy systems, electronic health records, and 340B TPA data. • Proficiency in data and analytics tools, such as SQL, Google Cloud Platform/BigQuery, and Tableau. • Strong background in analyzing data and providing insights through understanding of complex data.
